Sarah Myerscough Gallery
Established in 1999, Sarah Myerscough Gallery promotes formal and aesthetic innovations within the contemporary visual arts by breaking down boundaries between fine art, craft, design and architecture. As a multidisciplinary platform, the gallery's interest lies in the artist-maker's craftsmanship, from the handmade and high technology to the materiality and formal qualities of the work. The gallery represents emerging and established international artists and designers exhibiting in major galleries and museums.
The focus in Design Miami/ 2016 is wood design. The presentation supports the gallery's interest in organic and handcrafted traditional processes that are reconsidered through contemporary design.
